Planned with reference to the Key Stage 2 national curriculum, this title looks at how chimpanzees work together to survive in their habitat. It explains how they find food, bring up their young and defend themselves against predators. It also shows how factors such as the environment and the availability of resources shape the physical and behavioural characteristics of chimps. Pages are illustrated with full colour photographs and specially commissioned artworks suitable for readers of seven and above.
