About the Author
Dr Alex is an A&&E doctor, he has become known for his honesty and insight around mental && physical health and wellbeing, using his broadcast and social media platforms to bring accessible advice around health and medicine to his followers. He recently presented his own documentary for BBC One and Children in Need, is a regular guest on Lorraine, and has his own show, Inner Harmony on Classic FM.
Dr Alex is also the author of Live Well Every Day, which was a Sunday Times bestseller and was published in 2021 by Aster, part of the Octopus Publishing Group.
