In 2018 she won the Observer Food Monthly Best Instagram Feed and Waitrose Food Magazine has named her as one of the UK s most influential bakers. She is an inspirational force in the kitchen and her supper clubs sell out months in advance. Her previous books are Soulful Baker and The Pastry School, which was featured in Martha Stewart Living in the US and also appeared at the Pastry Arts Magazine Baking Summit in 2020.
