avid Needle was a Senior Teaching Fellow, Associate Lecturer and Consultant at King’s College, University of London, UK. Jane Burns was Principal Teaching Fellow at University College London, UK. She is a graduate of the UCL Institute of Education (IOE) and the University of Reading and has previously taught at Kingston University London, UK. Prior to entering academia, she had a long career in the IT industry.
