Cathriona Hickey is the Learning Manager at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo and has six years experience in working in the environmental education sector. She holds a MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation. In her current role, she communicates a range of science topics with young people visiting the zoo or taking part in formal education sessions, delivered by her and her team, making the science accessible, personal and putting conservation into context. She has written and consulted on several science titles for children.
