About the Author

As a scholar of Lord George Gordon Byron, DORIS LANGLEY MOORE (1902–1989) wrote four additional books: The Great Byron Adventure, Lord Byron, Lord Byron: Accounts Rendered, and a biog-raphy of the poet’s daughter, Ada, Countess of Lovelace.
