About the Author
J. J. Mulligan Sepúlveda is an immigration lawyer currently at University of California, Davis School of Law in their Immigration Law Clinic. He has testified before the U.S. Congress as an expert witness on detention conditions at the Texas border. He is a former Immigrant Justice Corps fellow and Fulbright Scholar. This is his first book.
