About the Author

Michael has been vice president of Discovery Software International; vice president of Games Workshop (US); director of new product development and marketing for TSR, Inc.; president of a career counseling and strategy firm; and a member of the team that built and opened the Smithsonian Institution’s National Air and Space Museum. Heidi A. Feickert is a team lead/senior instructional designer for SI International, where she develops human performance intervention solutions for federal agencies. She holds a Magister (double MA) degree in history and English linguistics/literature from Universtät Hamburg, and has worked internationally as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator for companies including Lufthansa, Siemens, and various international manufacturers.
