About the Author
Steven Masley, M.D., is the author of The 30-Day Heart Tune-Up, Ten Years Younger, and Smart Fat. He is a fellow of the American Heart Association, the American College of Nutrition, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has helped many patients improve their cognitive function and prevent or reverse type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Masley’s scientific articles have appeared in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, Journal of the American Medical Association, and The American Family Physician. His health programs have been seen on PBS, Discovery, and the Today show.
