Ahmad Raza Khan completed the Urdu translation of Kanzul Iman in 1910. It is well known and Accepted in India/ Pakistan especially amongst those from the Hanafi Sunni Barelvi tradition.

About the Author

Imam Ahmed Raza Khan was born in 1858 at Barielly in India. He is known as "Ala Hazrat" in general and Imam Ahle Sunnat among The Barelvis. He was a great jurist and a learned scholar of Islam He is considered to be the most learned and authentic authority on Quran, Sunnah, and jurisprudence by majority Muslims of this sub-continent.

He was a great writer and wrote about one thousand small and big books relating to various aspects of Islam.

He was a traditionist and a follower of the jurisprudence of Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa Rahmatullah Alaih, and also a great mystic and a staunch lover of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Rahimahullah.

Fatawa Rizwiyah is the compilation of his Fatawas that is very famous among the Ulama and others.

He passed away in 1921 and was buried in Bareilly UP India.
