About the Author
Andy Griffith is a leading trainer with Osiris Educational and a director of Malit Limited, a Merseyside-based education training company that helps teachers and schools to raise the quality of teaching and learning through high quality INSET, training and consultancy. Andy taught for 12 years in secondary schools, for four years of which he was Head of Careers and Alternative Curriculum provision. He still links closely with schools and is a consultant on motivational learning and alternative curriculum design to different LEAs. Mark Burns is a leading trainer with Osiris Educational and a director of Malit Limited. Mark brings a wealth of experience from his twelve years of teaching as well as from working in the field of gifted and talented education.
